CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY
SUBSCRIPTIONS BOXES
As a subscriber, you agree:
- Our boxes are designed to create an experience.
- You understand that our boxes are also about trying new things.
- You understand that sometimes certain items in a box may not provide as much personal value as you expected due to personal tastes and opinions.
- You understand the above the risks and conditions in subscribing to curated, subscription product box and services.
The subscriber then understands:
- There are no returns accepted for subscription boxes
- There are no refunds for subscription boxes
- You may cancel any time after the first box is received.
- You may cancel, in the event of an order error, within three days of when the order was placed. However, this must occur before the order cut-off date for the month. After the order cut off day, all orders are final.
- If there are multiple cancelations, we reserve the right to permanently cancel your subscription.
PRODUCT PACKAGES
As a customer, you understand:
- Our product packages are designed to create an experience as well as to pass on savings to you
- Our product packages are about trying new things
- You understand that sometimes certain items in a product package may not provide as much personal value as you expected due to personal taste and opinions.
- You understand the above the risks and conditions
Refunds, Returns, Cancellations
- Product packages can be returned for a full refund within 5 days, if… 1) None of the items were open or used, 2) All items are in their original packaging, 4) All items are present in the box, 3) There is no unreported damage to any of the items
- Refunds will be initiated within three days of when the return is received at Tarot-n-Tea
- There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- Packages can be canceled before shipment only
SINGLE PRODUCTS
- Single products can be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
- Single products can be returned for a full refund within 5 days, if… 1) None of the items were open or used, 2) All items are in their original packaging, 4) All items are present in the box, 3) There is no unreported damage to any of the items
- Refunds will be initiated within three days of when the return is received at Tarot-n-Tea
- There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- Single items purchased can be canceled before shipment only
SERVICES
- If for any reason (illness or personal), I am not available or able to do your reading, I will give a full and complete refund. Cancellations will rarely happen. In the event of illness or conflict, the reading will be rescheduled.
- Refunds will only be provided upon mutual agreement when the actual Tarot reading has not been performed. However, custom readings are begun usually within 8 hours after you have submitted your order. If you would like to cancel your booked reading, please email me immediately or no later than 8 hours after you have placed your order.
- No refunds will be issues if you do not like your reading for any reason. I am not responsible for your emotional and/or mental reaction to the reading. There are no exceptions.
- I do not accept returns or exchanges.
SHIPMENT REFUSALS
- Should you refuse a shipment, you understand that this situation is recorded by the shipping provider.
- Should you refuse a shipment, you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel any further shipments and your subscription.
